Shipping policy

  1. Bestie Charms uses the postal service of Australia Post on all orders.
  2. Parcels will be delivered to letterboxes unless "Signature on Delivery" is chosen.
  3. If the parcel is stolen from your property (including the letterbox) Australia Post does not cover this under insurance.
